Efi upgrades

I was wondering if anyone's attempted to put one of those self tuning efi systems on. It seems that its convention to carb but thats a step back to me, I like carbs on certain things but fuel injection is better it seems in most cases.

I have not tired a stand alone tuning system. What are you trying to achieve?

Well the stock tbi is overly complicated, a carb is just silly on such a small naturally aspirated engine. And i think that something like the Holley dominator efi system would be better than any carb and deliver more power and mileage than stock. But most importantly it would be different.
