EFI specialists? Please read

I currently have an Enthalpy ECU. However, my motor blew about 8 months ago and I am just now about to get the car back on the road. I rebuilt w/ CP 87mm 9.0:1 pistons and changed from stock intake mani. to ISIS, so I need a retune. I was supposed to have my new tune sent out from Scott for a "while" now with no avail. I am just looking to see if any SR guys have ran these tunes and if so what kind of numbers/setups are you running?

I have a Peakboost mani, T3/T4 50 trim (.63 ex), ISIS intake, 740cc, all other supporting mods, and I hope to make 400rwhp at 18-20 psi on pump gas and want a safe tune to get me there. I have only seen a few reviews from KA-T guys running these ECU's and they are having good luck it seems and making good numbers.

This whole reflashed ECU process has kinda been a pain and I eventually plan on getting a stadalone if I cant get the kind of numbers/reliability I'm looking for out of a flashed ECU. PLEASE HELP
