efi specialist ecu rev limiter issue, KA-T

so we put together a simple turbo setup on a stock internal DE motor. we have a efi specialists ECU running SR 370s and a stock MAF. runs great, idols perfect, transitions into boost perfect. only problem is that the car rev limits at 5k. this is the second car we've had the ecu in and it does the same thing. runs perfect till 5k, then rev limit. the factory tach and speedo work, and the ecu is getting information from all sensors. the car has no CELs. what could be the issue? thanks in advance.

Try unplugging your 5th gear sensor on the trans and see if that fixes the issue. If not see if they will fix it.
