eeprom burning in houston or austin for chipped stock CA ecu

Hey guys, does anyone know of a place in austin that can burn nissan ECU chips, I have been to a couple shops and they all do honda chips but none of them can do nissan, I could also drive to houston and have someone there burn one, I don't want to send the ECU out to get it chipped because its just more of a hassle and I can't have it tuned on a dyno or anything... If anyone knows anywhere that can do it let me know, a link to their site or something would be nice as well, I am sick of running my car rich... I searched through quite a few pages and couldn't find anything on this.... thanks guys
