Looks like a before and after of the new "Crack Fast" diet. "Guaranteed to shed unwanted (and wanted) pounds within weeks!!! Not to mention, unwanted money, electronics, teeth, hygiene..."

It's kinda hard to tell by the way they're positioned, but the smaller of the two is actually a moon locked into an orbit due to the much more massive planet's gravitational pull.
