On the downside... I've managed to lose my main set of keys... eep!

... I don't know... since my main set of keys has my Camel Ikey and my house key... (I also have a set of work keys which include my mom's house key, car key, and keys to the office and I also had the keys to the Bertone...)

I dropped the car off Sunday. I had my main set Monday when I went to work... and I remember them sitting in the passenger side seat in the Bertone... and I remember thinking "I should attach these to the Bertone keys"... umm... and then I have no idea. My only consolation is that if someone does try to drive off in the Camel (and at night it is tucked into the garage) how far would they actually get once an APB went out?

a blue car with red skirts and TARGETS and a PROPELLER.... with a custom plate...

yeah. not too far. I'm just hoping that they turn up someplace stupid.

(oh, and I looked up the minivan driver's record... yeah, she was pulled over in March for driving 72 in a 55 and no insurance on a Chevy Venture... her day will come. Karma, baby!)

You know, the irony of life is funny, or maybe not if something bad happens due to lost keys.

If you lose your 2500 lb car in a parking lot, you can walk around "beeping" it with the keyfob. But if you lose the 1" keyfob, you can't beep your key from the car?

But if you lose your remote or your cordless phone in the house, it is possible to beep them, but we spend way more money on a car versus a phone or tv.
