ECU with Code TZ on it

Does anyone know what car a ECU with the letters TZ came from? A friend just got this and it does not have the usual part number on it. It is supposed to be a Blitz Access ecu, which it does have a sticker and the Eprom chip says Blitz, but it will run his CA.

I don't have the ecu with me, but I will call him and see if he can post them. On the inside of it there clearly is a difference from the ca18det ecu. We just want to know what it came from. The sticker that usually says like 98, 78 etc just says TZ.
