ECU Wiring Questions

I am working on converting the loom from a KN13 CA16DE to the ECU plug from an S13 CA18DET loom. I have both ECCS wiring and circuit diagrams from the FSM. I have a few questions that I haven't been able to solve still:

1. AIV Control Solenoid Valve - CA16What is this and does the CA18 have this? If so, what pin on the ECU does it go to?

2. PRVR Control Solenoid - CA16Is this the same as the Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid Valve on the CA18?

3. Throttle Valve Switch - CA16The CA16 has a Throttle Valve switch with 3 wires. It looks like the Idle Switch on the CA18 which has a 3 wire connector but only 2 wires coming off of it. The CA18 also has a Throttle Sensor, which the CA16 does not. How should this be wired up to work properly?
