I'm just wondering what pin#s 34, 35, 56 and any others that connect the ecu to the A/Tcu are for as in which one sends what signals. The ecu has a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and fourth gear map? So I would guess there would have to be a imput for each gear as well?
And does the A/Tcu receive any imput for the ecu aside from the rpm.
My fsm doesn't seem to clear as to what does what unless I missed it in there.

I want to run the car so it thinks it is always in (N/P) like when doing a 5spd swap correct? I think I read somewhere that is what someone did but can't find it now.

On my setup I have the TCU completely removed, and everything works fine. The ECU's 4th gear map is actually "determined" by the ECU. The TCU doesn't "tell" the ECU that it's in 4th gear, the ECU determines it by speed, RPM, and load.

I don't think that the TCU actually uses engine RPM so much, 90% of the transmissions function is controlled by the TPS.

Okay, thanks for your imput. So I don't need the ecu connected to the A/Tcu ? All I have to do is make it think it is always in (N/P) and disconnect the ecu from the A/Tcu?

The car runs strong in 1st and 2nd but 3rd it runs to richer and feels much slower so I just want one map to worry about lol
