ECU upgrades / suspension mods

Are there any ECU upgrades for the coupe? Any that won't void my warranty? What types of power gains can be expected? Has anyone done this?

Anyone planning to do suspension upgrades? Lowering? I think I'd like a small drop. Will most just wait for Nismo parts?

Technosquare seems to be the only game in town when it comes to ECU reflash, and they don't have much interest in the Altis. Don't know if they coupe and sedan have the same ECU, but there doesn't seem to be and ECU for the '07 sedan yet, so it may be awhile before there is anything for the coupe.
