anyone know where I can find a ecu upgrade or a chipped ecu for a ka24e?

I am pretty sure Jim Wolf does KA-E, I know they do KA-DE so I don't see why not.

Have you checked out things like SAFC, AEM EMS, etc. Check those out if you want to be able to fine tune some things yourself.
