ECU upgrade~ needs some opinion!!

Guys, I need your help to pick one of these.....I am trying to get ECU upgrade and not sure which one I shouldgo for....

Jim Wolf Tech: $600 (I would pick this if price wasnt too high...)

Jet chip:$300 (I heard it works pretty good....)

Venom 400 :$300 (On the mag, it says boost hp up to 25%, true?)

Does any one has seen any dyno test on s13 with these?I am sure there are ppl who had done this upgrade.So please, give me some infos about them.
