ECU talk what do i need to use this

has any pone here used ecu talk, if so what do i need to hook it to a 2001 maxima i have a pocket pc with he ecu talk software on it and a old OBD2 unit which i can hook to the pocket pc is this all i need to use it coz i heard that ecu talk is for consult

idk about obd2 but i have a cable for the consult port. there's a chip board on it that transcodes the ecu language into what a pc can understand and i believe that you will need one like that.
