Thanks Ziggy, now after doing this.

The ECU shot out one code, which is- 33*: exhaust gas sensor circuit (left)...

After reading the guide supplied, it says the CEL will be on during normal driving, Mine is not.. Yes the CEL works.. Now what is this code, and could this be my "Engine miss"

No, was getting dark on me, just did the code test... Speaking of O2 sensor, I went to my muffler shop to check out a wierd clanging sound, ( sounds like a penny in a hollow piece of tin ) he said, I have 2 small exhuast leaks, and sounds like the converter(s) are gutted.. which is the sound im hearing...

But the sound seems like its coming from/near the trans.. Is this where the converter is? and would this also be linked to the code? Cause I should have a O2 sensor in those right?

First do the O2 diagnostic test like SLOWz said, its in that same guide that Ziggy posted

The main cats are just after the transmission so yes it would sound like its coming from near the trans. Gutted cats shouldn't really sound like anything unless they didnt get all the material out. It's possible that your cats are shot and the converter material has broken loose and is rattling around. The cats won't have anything to do with the O2 sensors because they are in the exhaust manifolds, before the cats. The main cats don't have any O2 sensors on them like other cars do
