ECU Swap out of S14 to S13

I have a 91 240sx and was wondering if you could use an ECU out of a S14 body that has OBD II diagnostic and plug it in to an S13 and will it work. I want the Greddy Turbo Kit with the emanage but it's only for 95's and up. Thank you for your help.

WHat makes the difference. Is it the harness or is the ecu mapped different?

The sensors are different ,the ecu operates on different principles,the wiring harness is completely different.Its not just a matter of mapping. It is functionaly a completely different sytem.
