SR - ECU Rom-Tuning

Dear Nico Club Members,I just wanted to see if anyone has had dealings with an Ebay Merchant in reference to Rom-Tuned ECu's being sold on Ebay. The reason I'm asking is becuase I want to let eveyone know about my terrible experience. I purchased a rom-tuned ECU from Ebay from a merchant named Drape123 (goes by the name of Jason Diekman) and twice this guy sent me the wrong code ECU. I sent back the second incorrect ECU and he still hasn't sent me back another or my ECU. This guy sent me everything but a 62, 63, or E5 code ECU. I plugged in both ECu's and neither worked. My car wouldn't even turn over. I finally just sent my ECU to XAT Racing and there rom-tuned ecu worked like a charm. Just wondering if anyone else has been ripped off by this guy?
