ECU reflash?

the check engine light came on again,its still the camshaft position sensor.... I already replaced it, so I looked up on the internet someone says reflash ECU will fix the problem, but i dont know how to do it. something about the ECU fuse i need to unplug and disconnect the battery then drive for like 30 min, but i dont even know where the fuse is and how does it work....

so i really need you guys to help me!

maybe some of you can give me a list that cause the code 11 (camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction) so I can go through the list and have something to work with!THANKS!
