looking for a way to get a reflash without sending out my ECU. I have a dynotuner here I trust and would have him do my reflash but I need to know what device/program companies like JWT and Enthalpy use to reflash with. For us with WRXs and EVOs theres a number of reflash programs any dyno tuner can use to flash our ECUs on the spot, but I dont find any mention of them here, only sending out your ECU to get some generic tune that you hope will be safe on your car(!?!)

Check eccs.hybridka.com. You need to get your chip socketed, then you just use a cheap rom burner (about 80 bux), and make the chip then install in socket.

if you have a dyno and a guy who can tune you might also want to go the e-manage route if hes familiar with it

Yeah, I think it can, but you have to buy separate pigtails. Once you get all of the extras you need to, it is very expensive, and still just a piggyback.

Well, that isn't too bad. I was told once you bought all of the gear it got close to 900. But then again, some misinformation does float around on these boards.

I have heard that. If I were going to do an aftermarket unit that I tuned, I would use MS&S 3.
