If it is a ”redline” ecu it should have a daughter board with 2 e-prom chips. Those chips are the tune for the ecu and to be tuned need reflashed or replaced for your current setup. Take the cover off and you will see what I'm talking about.

Yeah if they have a program to do it and know how to rom tune. Rom tuning takes time because you have to remove the chips, adjust the tune from what it was (so you would have to do some data logging to know where to start from) then reinstall the newly tuned chips and then re run the car and data log to make sure adjustments were effective in the way intended. eprom tunes aren't ”real time” tunes.

Yeah that's the daughter board. The 2 large identical chips are where your tune is stored. It looks as if that daughter board has some sort of usb or something for real time monitoring but not sure. Very nice board though!

Just for the fact you can connect to the board. Mine is so much more simple than that. Lol. When you find out more about it, post back! I'm kinda curious what that's for.
