ECU QUESTION ?

JUST PICKED UP A 96 SENTRA WITH A GTIR MOTOR IT CAME WITH THIS ECU FROM SPL IM TRYEN TO FIND OUT WHAT KINDA ECU THIS GOES TO THE PART # A11-000 A00K ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ECU IT SAYS CENTRAL 20 RACING TEAM WHO AND WHAT THE HELL DO I HAVE RIGHT NOW THE STOCK SR20 ECU IS RUNNING THE CAR WITH A AFC NO SURE IF IT ALRIGHT TO DO THIS ?

Sounds custom, never heard of it.

Stock ECU with a piggyback will be okay, but you're better off sending the stock ECU to JWT to be tuned for the GTi-R.

thanks nobody know what it is i have the stock sr20 non turbo ecu now running the car but it runns fuky as hell even with the afc2 i guess i will have to think about witch way iam going to go .

Is JWT really the only place to send and ecu to be tuned? I have been getting so frustrated with trying to find info on Nissan and turboing the sr20. Is the Nissan really like the hardest car to tune or something or shall I say most expensive and scarcely tuned? I think I’m going to switch to VW's

Somebody makes custom daughterboards, I'll see if I can find their info.

JWT has been at it a long time. Why they haven't made a hardware/software interface for self-programming is beyond me.
