Ecu outputting voltage on TPS input

Sup guys,my sr runs great with the exception of a glitch im having.. my ecu TPS input is outputting around 4.8~5.0 volts. I have tried 2 different known good ecu s with the same result. I have also cut the wire entirely from the tps input to eliminate TPS input harness wiring problems and the ecu is still outputting voltage.. any ideas or other wires that may feed voltage out of the tps input wire? im stumped and open to any suggestions.
