ECU on an 89 240sx, where is it?

Sorry guys, newbie here to 240's. The damn book tells me the ecu is mounted on the passenger fender well, it ain't there. I assume its under the dash, but I don't see anything.

remove the passenger side kick panel its right behind there. not to hard to get at proably take you about 10min not even.
