need help, yes i've searched, didn't find right answer. how to check if ecu is getting power?

if it light up when the ignition is on it has power, you can check for codes and stuff

There is a place in the stickies at the top of the forum that you can download a copy of the FSM from. In there you will find a wiring diagram that should tell you everything you need to know.
