ECU no power or ground. Whats up?

if that is correct then neither power nor ground is comming to my ecu according to the volt meter.

So where does the ecu power and ground come from. (the small black and black with white wires)

ok at the EGI relay (in the box by the batt) both thcik red wires have 12v (ign on or off) but neither the black/white wire (to the ecu) nor the red/black/silver (to brown plug by batt) have 12v on or off. Also none of the wires have continuity to the chassis.

What gives? The grey and brown plugs have all their wires matching.

I jumped 12v directly to the black with white stripe wire to the ecu and the car chugged a couple times like it wanted to start then died...

I believe my ecu isnt grounded either it gets no current and doesnt light up into Diag. mode
