ECU issue

ok ive done my research as far as i could on here about the IAC and ECU. now i have ordered my new IAC which should be here a in a couple days. now the question is with my ecu. because i know that once i replace it i have to call a locksmith to program my key to the new ECU the i go and do the manual IACL.

ive looked everywhere i could think of and i see that my ECU part number has to match up to the part number of the replacement. the part number on my ECU is A56 Q79 ZA0 but the only ones i find on ebay is the repair kit for that model. do i specifically need to get the exact same part# or can i just search a ECU that has A/T no TCS?
