ecu is not powering for my redtop

i got a 89 hatch and swapped out the ka24e for a redtop sr and my ecu is not getting power. the ignition turns and starter cranks but there is no power in the ecu. if anyone knows where to start please help!

Check Pin 47 for 12v. It's the black/white wire. Pin 38 also sees 12v. Make sure it's grounded @ Pin 39 and Pin 48, black wires.Also make sure that the blue SR ECU harness plug is secured right.

You may have to get the ecu tuned to the specs of the sr but not entirely sure on that
