im parting together an sr and need to know the diffeence between a 62 and 63 ecu.

62 is for s13 sr20det red top manual transmission 63 is for s13 sr20det red top auto transmission

most swaps are going to be with 5 speed transmission. Either ecu will work but the important thing is the TPSensor. I think its 3 or 4 wires for the manual ecu and like 6 or 7 for the Auto ecu.

3 wires for manual, 6 for auto. If you use an auto ECU you dont even have to worry about a TPS.

you have a 91 DOHC 240. Use your KA harness instead of the SR harness. email me if you have any questions on how to wire it in.
