ecu identification??

I have a ecu with the number 23710 OP501 on top; below that is MEC-E203 1 1Z13

does anyone have an idea what it is from and what engine it is for?

Is there a enlarged alpha numeric number before 23710? plenty of ecus start with 23710? What is it E5? 23? 22? TJ? 62? etc etc?

yea there is a large EC before the other #s
