ECU HELP!!!!!!

sooo i bought an ecu of ebay (bad choice i know) but i was trying to find the company to tune it further. The ecu has a huge blue sticker and say Romtune in big yellow letters and spl computer underneath it in smaller letters. . it has a daughter board inside and there are stickers that say romtune power technology.... any ideas??? is there any way to further tune this ecu???
