Will a 91 240sx se dohc ECU work on a 92 240sx dohc and if it will do I have to do any modification to make it work.

it should work are both for auto/manual?

both are for man trans. When I connect the ECU some times it turns on and some times it does not respond. (status light on ECU and the fuel pump turning on.

Your suppose to have your battery disconnected when removing or putting in the ecu.....ANY dohc 91-94 will work with yours, whether it be auto or manual. however if you were to have an auto car then only auto ecu's will work...
