No one here in the Bahamas offers ECU tuning which means that i'm at a disadvantage when it comes to adding new parts to my ca18det.

So i was thinking that since no one hear offers ecu tuning i would need to learn how to tune my own ecu. I don't think it would be that hard. All i need is the right tools to do it and know how to solder correct?

My question is what tools and components would i need to tune my ecu by myself?Besides my stock ecu.

Please help me.

Well, If you have some good solder rexperience you can remove your stock eprom and install a socket, but be warned, Nissan ecu solder is bit tough to remove due to harder solder.

First, you need to know what mods are for sure going on your engine, for example, what MAF and what size of injectors.

I hope that helps so far.
