i just installed the k n n fipk on my 90 240 and its running real rich and rough. do i need to reset the ecu? whats the best way to do this? id like to finish this soon so i can test it out. thanks for the help

i did that and i found one for a s14, is it the same process?

they have it on there for the s13 cause i checked my buddies car....make sure you have all the vac lines hooked up....... did you un hook your mass air when you put your filter in???

negative, i took off, but did not unhook, the temp gauge, and put it all back together and now i get this. did u have to reset when u did urs?

so you took off the MAFS?...it has to be in the piping or you will run rich-

i put the stock box back on this morning but starting last night i noticed some smoke from the rear of the block and i called a local shop and they think i could need new seals and that sucks.
