ecu help. doesnt turn off

im trying to get my sr to start and having a few problems. im getting no ground signal from the ecu to fire the coilpacks. they have power, their just not getting signal from the ecu. my second problem is the ecu stays on even after you turn off the car. the only way to get the ecu to shut off is to pull the fuse or disconnect the battery. it wont turn on unless you hit the key, but it wont turn off until you kill all power to it. do you think this is part of my problem of not getting signal from the ecu? ecu has a nistune board in it if that changes anything, which it shouldnt.

[IMG][/IMG] im getting power to all three spots on the ecu relay. i think this is part of my problem but i dont see why im not getting spark to the motor. or any signal from the ecu to begin with....
