ECU help...agian

Ok well Im still trying to figure out what I need to get my car running. For a recap I got sent a j4 ecu and harness (i believe) with my redtop. Contacted my motor supplier for a exchange. Make a long story short they sent me a #60 ecu for a sr20de. So now I need to figure out what ill need. First question....I picked up a ecu locally from another nico member. It is suppose to be a redtop, but I looks unlike a redtop ecu. See pic below..Is this a redtop ecu?

Second question, if anyone knows for sure if the type x harness will work for my redtop running a redtop ecu. Or will I need a new harness. Ive now read that I could of repinned the j4 ecu to work with my redtop. I feel like ive dug a hole and jumped in. Please help me to the right path.
