Yes you can run a 95 ECU and harness on a 90. You will have to change the injectors at the least and maybe the CAS and PTU, depending if the recalls/TSBs were done. I'm not sure about other sensors but I'm fairly certain you should be safe after doing those things I mentioned. Good thing about 95 ECU/Harness/Setup is new style electronics (injectors, etc.). Bad thing, some 95 ECUs (not sure which exactly) are physically un-chippable, so if you are looking to upgrade later I'd consider going with a 94 (make sure its chippable, still 16 bit but has a place for the daughter board) and uses new style electronics. BTW, there was a thread about 2 weeks ago where I discussed this exact thing, I think I need to start holding "internet search query term selection" seminars because I never have problems finding what I need you just gotta know what to type into the search window.
