ECU functions

This is not completely RB specific, but more 240 in general ( I think ya'll may have more on the ball than other sub-forums here, hence my asking here )I tried searching, but no luck. I may not be phrasing it correctly.What functions other than engine control, does the ECU handle (either stock s14 ECU or when swapped to an RB ECU)i.e. Cruise, wipers, A/C etc. This would be pertaining to a 5speed car.The reason I ask is I am thinking of not using a swapped harness and RB or powerFC computer, and going stand alone. I want to make sure before I take the plunge or get to far involved that I will have all my S14's "things" function.

1st of all, North CFL? Another neighbor

Now, ECU:

the ECU harnesses a A/c relay so it has some effect to that.

Wiper, i believe is controlled by the another module under the dash along with the blinkers, key chime, interior lights, etc.

cruise control, idk.
