ECU for notch blacktop

I was wondering what ecu i need for a notch black top, it has the BB turbo. I don't know what year it is from, i got this info from a friend. And this is his motor.

Try looking at the stamps on the coilpacks to get a rough estimate of the age of the engine. Dots in the number mean months and years. So 5 dots in the 5 slot would signify a car from May 1995. Otherwise look at the ECU connector to figure it out.
