ecu for 91 240sx

I need to replace the ECU on my 1991 240sx but cant seem to locate where it is on the car. Can anyone please fill me in??

yeah, it's on the passenger side. It's on the right footwell. There's this plastic bulge that you have to remove by unscrewing 5 plastic screws. Then you must remove 2 metal screws to remove the ecu.

So why do you think that you need to replace the ECU? Not trying to be a smart A$$ im having problems with my 91 and it may be the ecu also
