What are your codes that are flashing?

Fixed the problem. Ecu was flashing non stop from key on through start and run position. My contact at Jim wolf technology helped me diagnose that it was indeed a toasted ecu, as pump and spark was not happening, grounds were all good, and the way the ecu was flashing with synchronized solenoid clicking random parts on the car turned out to be indicitive of no signal being sent or received. I clued in when I had taken the ecu out and turned the car over and it went more with ease than with ecu attached.

Managed to source one with a 10 on the case (mine was 13) and it started and ran first turn of the key after the pleasing sound of the new walboro pump doing a long priming at key on.

For anyone else with a consistent flashing (both lights at same time more of a blinking, steady, about 4-6 times a second) ecu, in my case it was toast. Luckily I only had to pay 40$ for a new one and she purrs again. Now I can probably use that deep roar to motivate my buddy's to help with the 5 speed swap.
Just need some sensor plug bolts for my new transmission. Damn guy stripped it before selling it to me. Ah we'll it's a nice one
