ECU EPROM Part no = 27C256?

Does anyone know if the EPROM in the early Q45 ECU's is a 27C256?I've got a Q45 code to look at so I can get baseline settings for my aftermarket management and it's a 32Kb code.If the 8bit ones use this chip, it's fairly easy for me to modify my 300zx mapping software so you guys can play with your Q's if you want to.
