so i found out my ecu is messed up by not cutting the power to the injectors, and that cause my first piston to flood so much that it spills gas thru the end of the exhaust.... i have another ecu but it has a 29 on it and the one on my car is BE, does this matter. if so i found another BE if i get it does it need to be reprogramed... help plz

I am not sure what you mean by "not cutting power" to the injectors. The early style harnesses (pre-94) had +12v at the injector constantly. The ECU provided ground and caused the injector to fire.
