This is what worked on my RB20, stock sensor is the yellow one, the blue one was from a 98 240sx I think but part number is on the bag. If your sensor looks like that it would work, but if the plug is different than I don't know.

Does the rb20 and 25 sensors put out the same amount of voltage when the car is warmed up and when its cold?

Take out the sensor, go to Nissan, hand it to the parts guy, and tell him to find you an ECU coolant temp sensor that will fit that plug.

There are only like 2 styles I think for the RB's. I posted the one, the other is square I believe.

I could try taking it to the dealer but the last time i went there with a part and asked if they could look it up they asked what it was i told them it was for a skyline and that i thought the 300zx had the same part they wouldnt help me, the only thing they had to say is we cant get skyline parts, i tried to explain to them that the 300zx one is the same but they refused to sell me anything, also i work at horsepowerfreaks so if i can get the pn i can just order the part through work.
