I was running the diagnostic on my ecu the other day and it threw me codes 33 and 41. I know the 33 is the O2 sensor but i couldn't find anything for the 41. I checked some other model codes and it says that it is the air temperature sensor. I searched and couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's a DOHC then code 41 is indeed the Intake Air temperature sensor

To activate diagnostic test mode I (bulb check), turn ignition switch to on without starting engine. Turn diagnostic test mode selector on ECM fully clockwise (use small flat head screwdriver). Wait at least (2) seconds, then turn test mode selector fully counterclockwise. At this point the MIL will flash appropriately to indicate codes, if they exist. This is for OBDII cars....not sure about S13 or OBDI. This procedure can be found on EC-36 in the FSM for any more clarification.

Late reply but,

Code 33 - Oxygen sensor circuit. The oxygen sensor circuit is open or shorted. (An abnormally high or low output voltage is entered.)

Check.. Harness and connector, Oxygen Sensor, Fuel pressure, Injectors, Intake air leaks.

Code 41 - Intake air temperature sensor circuit. An excessively low or high voltage from the sensor is detected by the ECM. Voltage sent to ECM is not practical when compared with the engine coolant temperature sensor signal.

Check... Harness or connectors (the sensor circuit is open or shorted), Intake air temperature sensor.
