ECU codes

I left this in the nissan mechanics forum and I really haven't gotten an answer. I have a nissan 240sx with a sr20det. The ecu is throwing three codes. 11, 12, and 54. I don't know what is wrong with it. When I rev up high it misses and it also misses at idle. I just really want to know what I can do to fix it. All the parts those codes could be are expensive so hopefully someone will have a better answer then a new cam position sensor. I have also already changed out the MAF. Also if it is throwing the crank shaft position sensor do I need to change it. And this may sound stupid but isnt a crankshaft postion sensor the same as a camshaft position sensor. And if it isn't all the ECU code list I see are throwing me off.

In the past I have had a couple CAS sensor codes on different cars. When you havent messed with the wiring then the easiest fix for the code 11 was that I just unplugged it and plugged it back in again and the code went away. This same trick has worked on the MAFS code too, however it is more likely that the wiring may be slightly messed up.

54 is about auto ecu stuff, are you sure you are reading the code right?
