ecu codes s13 sohc

i check my ecu today an got code # 13 engine temperature sensor circuit an i just put in a 6 or 9" e-fan (i got it for free)that doesnt cool when curzin around my city only on long runs? is how can i fix it im not good with electrical stuff or

an my car is running rich i just changed the maf spark plugswiresits running alittle better but still rich an stays at like1k rpms so when i hit the gas it hesitates
