ecu codes... help

ok so just got a print out to see how to get codes to flash on ecu from nico and follewed it to the letter and these are the codes i got

12-mafs figured that have had problems in the past need new one

13-coolant temp sensor circuit assume that means i need a new one

21- Ignition signal in the primary circuit is not being entered to the ECU during cranking or tuning

that last one has me stumped anyone seen it before and or know what the problem is and how to make it go away? lol.

look up coolant temp sensor in tutorials in my signature. sometimes one code causes another.
