Ecu Codes for a '95

I'm throwing a cel in my '95 240sx. It's kinda weird because it doesn't stay on all the time. It'll turn on and off occasionally while driving. And it drives perfectly. No weird idle, no rev problems etc. Anyway I don't have a scan tool so I did the flashing led method. I'm getting this- 12 slow, 3 fast, 12 slow, 4 fast, 12 slow, 5 fast, repeat. The code for the MAF is 12 but there are no codes for 3,4,5 right? Am I reading this correctly?

Wait I think I'm an idiot. I think these are codes for the auto transmission... codes 123,124,125. MY car was swapped from, auto to manual. And I'm still using the auto ecu. I guess that would make sense. Do I have it right?
