ECU Codes 0171 and 0420 ????

OK just got this 02 SER Auto. Couldn't get the code reader to work. It wouldn't communicate with the code reader,so I did the ECU and got these 2 codes 0171 and 0420. Open to suggestions money is low so thanks in advance.

OK so I got my new header an the precat was fine.(Thank God) So when I get this leack taken care of I'll see what happens with the codes. I also ordered some 02 spacers.
