:helpOk i pulled two codes from my ECU and I can not seem to find them listed anywhere.

It's code 39 & 75 and they are both not to be found anywhere.

I checked 240sx.org FAQ's and there not there anywhere. I am goping to purchase a FSM soon, but can someone help me out?

its for a 1998 S14 :help

From an old thread I found that code 75 is an EVAP leak. What do I look for? Is there a sensor? What is EVAP?

i'm not an obd II familiar but found this site: has p in front of the codes...

http://www.batauto.com/Nissan/...240sx

I guess its for retrieving codes via scanner... sorry can't help u more.

check for vaccuum lines leading to the charcoal canister for starters...

i guess there is a sensor, from the link: EVAP System Pressure Sensor

i've also heard that a loose gas cap would also trigger a code? in other models, but not sure on the late-model 240's

You sure you read the code correctly?

They are not listed in the FSM.

OBDII codes should be four digits long and I believe that they always have a letter in front like a P.
