ECU Code 21 Help

Hello all,

Just did some work on my car, fixed a bunch of ECU codes, as well as did Neverlifts mod for the tach. Now my ECU is throwing a code 21 (Ignition Signal Primary) is this because I'm bypassing the ECU and wiring my ignition coil directly to my tach wire as per the above mentioned mod? Or is there some other issue. Car seems to be starting and running fine (rough idle which I think is a timing issue). Any ideas?
